Many people define it differently. If you talk directly to the terrorists they would give you different reasons of terrorism from every effected area of terrorism. This has been going on for decades and can be dated back to the 11th century.
People use an act of terrorists as an act of crusade, revenge, or an offense of opposing. I call it an act of hate. Why is there heavier Terrorism activity in certain areas of the world?
There is heavier Terrorism activity in certain areas of the world for many reasons. Terrorism happens more in areas than others in the world.
There could be many reasons for this. First, that they have a stricter Government. People want to rebel against the strict government which cause terrorism.
Others may think that it has something to do with ethnic groups that do not get along with each other. Then there are some that say it has to do with religious beliefs that cause terrorism.
What do sites of terrorist activity have in common? Terror sites all involve trains, planes, subway, and buses. Lately all attacks has had something to do with car, roadside, and other forms of bombs. This is also known as improvised explosive devices IEDs.
As technology gets better not all terrorist die in the act. In March 11, the Madrid train bombing happened. The terrorist left ten book bags containing bombs on four different trains. The bombs were connected to their cellphones and as the train left they detonated the bombs.
It wounded over 2, people and killing As time passes different terrorist are coming out. The new ones are called homegrown or suicide bombers.
They have been striking people doing their everyday commute routines. The sad thing it these are usually people within their own culture. In July a series of attacks targeted the London underground trains.
Could laws, procedures, or organizations, either national or international, have prevented these attacks? In my opinion I think that it could have. Other Countries does not have security like we do so they are more likely for this to happen.
The paperwork on the Presidents table showed that U. S planes would be flown into American buildings. This fact was ignored as per Janet Reno. Three thousand Americans died on September 11thbecause of the ineptitude of the United States Government.
I also think that the American people are more aware and more alert to acts of terrorism since September 11, Who should determine what sorts of laws and organizations are most effective? The Government should sort out laws and organizations that are most effective.
They took on the job to serve and protect us. They have been doing this for years and as time goes by I think they know what is and is not working.
